The “Chateau Grona” Group (Odessa, Ukraine) originates from agricultural colony founded in 1927 by the French Jewish Fund ICA in Bessarabia -the land of a millennial history of winemaking . During 87 years of its history, just like the entire Ukrainian Bessarabia, the winery survived political changes, economic successes and trials. But all these years, our winery is one of the best-known and most respected wineries of Bessarabia . Today, the “Chateau Grona” Group consists of two companies: JSC “GRONA” (viticulture and agriculture) and “AGRO-YUG, LLC” (winemaking and wine trade). At present the Group does the complete cycle of the winemaking – growing grapes on own vineyards (339 hectares), production of bulk and bottled wine, and wine trade. Agricultural division of the company also grows crops on an area of about 800 hectares. Vineyards and Winery "Chateau Grona"are located in one of the most environmentally safe areas of Ukraine, far away from large cities and industrial enterprises.
